Ok, so these are the cutest little pig tail clippies. My niece also likes to use them to pull her bangs out of her face; however since my daughter is 3 pigtails are still adorable. I got the idea from Pintrest, and just had to make my own version they are going to be my daughter valentines present with a cute dutch crochet heart bag. Too fun! The pattern is as follows:
Abbreviations:
CH: chain
DC: double crochet
Sl St: slip stitch
Ch. 4 Db in the 3rd chain from hook. 4x's
Ch. 3 and Sl St. in the 3 rd chain ( making a picot)
4 Db. in the same stitch as before.
Ch. 3 and Sl St. in the center. pull tail thought the center and tie a knot using the original tail.
Now all you have to do it is glue it to your clip of choice. I used hot glue and a double prong clip, but the choices are truly endlessness.
I love to create things. Something about looking at my wall or the bow in my daughter's hair and knowing "I made that" Just excites me. There are so many projects out that look easy enough, but nobody tells you how to make it. I am here to change that. I will give you step by step directions to make things with stuff you may already have. I will even post things that your children can make or that your husbands will enjoy. All you do is read along, and you too will become Crafty @ Heart.
